- Maximum 2 guests in the elevator
Hydroalcoholic solution is at your disposal in the entrance hall and in our reception office.
Cleaning and et disinfection of the apartements
- Masks and gloves are mandatory for our cleaning staff
- Reinforced surface Cleaning Protocol
- To avoid any risk of spreading the virus, our room staff will not proceed of the weekly cleaning of the apartment for the stays above 7nights
- If you are staying more than 7 nights: Sheets and towels will be at your disposal. Kindly contact us for instructions
- Each rented apartment will be blocked for 24 hours before being available for rental again
- To protect our room staff, a 3 hours delay is mandatory between your departure and the cleaning of the apartment
Kindly leave your keys on the table in your apartments and close the door of your apartment before your departure.
Keys are disinfected after each check out.
We recommend the payment by Credit Card for each transaction, we also suggest you online payment through a secured link sent to you by email to avoid all contacts.
